Galaxy Macau participated in the International Cities of Gastronomy Fest Macao from March 20–29, organized by the Macao Government Tourism Office. The resort presented a wide range of culinary offerings that blended cultural, innovative, and sensory experiences, reflecting Macau’s diverse food heritage.

The festival’s International Gastronomy Promenade featured 22 UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy. Galaxy Macau’s stand, inspired by its new Botanica restaurant, displayed signature creations including oversized handmade prawn crackers, drawing steady visitor interest.

Demonstrating its focus on sustainable gastronomy, Galaxy Macau highlighted young talent through the United Nations Young Chefs Programme. Rising chef Daniel Chio collaborated with international participants to create locally sourced, sustainable dishes.

The resort also contributed to knowledge-sharing sessions, live cooking demonstrations, and beverage showcases.
