
Melco Resorts & Entertainment has reaffirmed its position as a leader in fine dining, earning eight Michelin Stars across five restaurants in City of Dreams, Studio City, and Altira Macau. City of Dreams leads the city with six stars, the most of any integrated resort.
Lawrence Ho, chairman and CEO of Melco, said, “It is truly a privilege to have our culinary teams recognized by the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau in this historic centenary year of the Michelin Star. Over the years, our team has consistently maintained exceptionally high standards, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to quality.”
City of Dreams’ Jade Dragon retained its three Michelin stars for the eighth year, while Alain Ducasse at Morpheus kept two stars. Pearl Dragon (Studio City), Ying (Altira Macau), and Sushi Kinetsu (City of Dreams) each maintained one star, and Yí (City of Dreams) received a Michelin Guide recommendation.
The CEO pledged that the group remains “dedicated to supporting Macau’s development as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.”
